The grand prize for the winning professional may be in the millions and just to watch on the hollowed grounds in the hundreds, but that doesn’t mean you have to break the bank to dine like a king at the Masters. The first major of the year has been home to some of the world’s best golfers and stunning rounds, but now it has something else to add to its fame, delicious food at an affordable price. With twenty-three items on the menu you can get one of everything for an astonishing fifty-three dollars.
 
There a little early? Grab a full breakfast for only $7.50. This great bargain gets you:

Now you can’t visit the Masters without trying their signature Pimento Sandwich. This sandwich has been served since the very first Masters and is a favourite among many returning patrons. If you weren’t fortunate enough to win the Master’s ticket lottery, here’s how to make this much beloved meal yourself.

The Pimento Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
  • 4 oz. Pimentos (drained)
  • 8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 8 oz. Mild Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 4 oz. White Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups Mayonnaise
  • Bread slices
 
Mix all the cheese and Pimentos in a bowl until combined. Add the mayonnaise and mix. Spread onto your choice of bread and enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 6 cups diced peaches (about 2½ pounds)
  • 2 cups sugar, divided
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 cup half & half
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
 
Combine 1½ cup sugar and peaches; stir and set aside. Combine ½ cup sugar, flour, and salt. Stir. Beat eggs with an electric mixer until frothy. Add sugar mixture to eggs; beat until thick. Gradually add half and half; beat until everything is well incorporated. Pour custard mixture into a heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. (Mixture is thick enough when you pull the spoon out of the mixture and run your finger down the spoon the line stays making a distinct mark) This will take about 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from heat and sit in a larger bowl filed with ice. Stir gently until mixture cools. Stir in peaches, and vanilla. Pour mixture into an ice cream mixture (1 gallon). Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Place in freezer section of refrigerator to harden before making sandwiches.
